Barbara offers Personalized non-denominational services infused with ancient traditions and special details, bringing a sense of wonder and meaning to an already special day. As an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church, she has conducted numerous weddings, baby blessings, birthdays, renewals, passages and milestones in people's lives. Her original services have evolved from her own spiritual studies, travels and divine inspiration. These personalized ceremonies are legitimate in every state except Tennessee. Excerpts from a Wedding Ceremony "The natural elements which surround us every day are a constant reminder of the Divine. Many ancient cultures have long held that these elements can bring special blessings. Let us invite them to mingle with us today and bestow their blessings upon these two being wed in the olde way.” “Marriage offers the opportunity for sharing spiritual growth and creative expression and for elevating your lives to the highest potential. Ultimately through the communion of your two souls, you approach and realize a reunion with the Divine.” The Commitments (repeat after me with one voice): “We will continue to help each other experience our own authentic evolution and spiritual growth of becoming All That We Can Be.” When you plan a ceremony, it includes: • A consultation meeting over the phone and/or in person • A customized service designed by Barbara and sent to you for your input. You can add vows or a poem or eliminate any parts that you wish. • Exploration of the site and advice on the arrangement • Creating an altar for the service • Officiating the ceremony • The legal documents signed and delivered to the county.
